Can anyone provide the name of the orchestra based out of (I think!)Maplewood that plays Big Band music of the '40's. They play at chraity events. Trying to book them - or similar group- for an event at Jersey Shore this summer. Thanks! |

I think you might be thinking of Ben Williams' group - he's a great trombonist and has a group called, i think, The Top Hats? Ben, you reading this? |

Hello ... close Mary, and thanks for your good memory. My group is called the Hi-Tops. You can visit our website at thehitops.com. There are other big bands that play charity affairs as well, including The David Aaron Big Band, and Bobbie Cushing's band (Reeds, Rhythm and All that Brass).
