Does anyone have any experience with the Town's tennis lessons for 3 year olds? I'm thinking about enrolling my daughter but would like feedback on the program.
Thanks

We used the "Mr. Pee-Wee" tennis program run by the Maplewood Recreation department for the last two years. It is a great program to introduce your kids to the sport. I have a seemingly non-atheletic daughter and she enjoyed the program as much as the boys (who had loads of baseball, soccer, t-ball experience) in her tennis class. They take it slow and most coaches are very attentive. They did seem to have a wide variety of ages and skill levels in some classes - but a beginner is a beginner. They also offer a summer "camp" program where the child attends every day for a week, or two, or three. The class does require the child to be pretty patient - she needs to be old enough to know how to wait her turn and to listen to instructions. I am enrolling our 4 year old this year for the first time and re-enrolling our now 7 year old.

Thanks for the info. I enrolled my 3 year old today and for anyone else interested please note the classes are filling quickly(the Saturday class is already closed).
I can't wait to see a bunch of 3 and 4 year olds trying to hit the ball!
