I'm sure you have as many stories as I do about people not opening doors and getting assessments they felt were out-of-line. Unfortunately for the homeowner, if they refuse entry to the agent, the agent can use high-end figures (i.e. class/quality, less depreciation, upgraded kitchens and baths) when determining the new value.
