Elba, why don't you post a basic description in the classified section of this board? That's where most interested parties will look. I don't think you'll get a lot of nibbles with absolutely NO details, however. "House in Maplewood for sale" could mean anything from 120K to 750K. From 5 rooms to 12 rooms. Just my opinion, though.
