They are so outclassed by the nominees that it hurts to watch them bloviate ad nauseum. Time to put them out to pasture, or give them a mercy killing. Kennedy is nothing more than a punch line - can't they get Monica out of retirement and pension him off where he can't do any more harm? Jonathon Stewart did a hilarious take on Teddy's facial reactions during the Alito hearings. He bloviated when he spoke, but his face told a far more interesting story--disgust, disdain, distemper.
