I guess when even Republicans started demanding information, the Administration realized that it could get really ugly real fast. Good for Congress--espcially Specter and Wilson--for insisting that the balance of power be respected and that Congress be properly briefed. Good for the country that the Dems did not fold like a cheap card table and kept up some pressure. Too bad it had to come down to this.
