Maybe this should be in the Education section, but . . . . Having gone to law school, I'm glad to see that the Supremes got one right (8-0--Alito did not take part in the decision) in upholding the consitutionality of the Solomon Act requiring law schools to give equal access to military recruiters or risk losing cetain financial assistance. It was rightly decided that there was no First Amendment violation. A nice piece of writing, I might add, by Chief Justice Roberts.
