Study: White House rejecting disaster loans
WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House has rejected hurricane disaster-recovery loans at a higher rate than any other administration in the last 15 years, according to a congressional study by Democrats.

I hadn't realized the Clinton's still lived in Arkansas, let alone ran the state. Who knew? Silly me, I thought that the state now had a Republican administration.
