How did they measure this stuff? And what were the stats, such as degree of happiness, mean, standard deviation?

Foj -- do you have a degree? I'm wondering since maybe you can't read. Did you miss this?

"The reason might seem obvious, since "Republicans tend to have more money than Democrats, and—as we've already discovered—people who have more money tend to be happier," the report states.

But even after adjusting for income, poor Republicans are happier than poor Democrats, and rich Republicans are happier than rich Democrats."

Us Republicans are a bunch of uneducated boobs who happen to have almost all the money. How does that work?

Gee....you all sound like you're unhappy.

Based on purely anecdotal evidence (i.e. reading this board), the Republicans seem less happy than the Democrats.

I stand corrected -- and please alert Duncan to this. OK -- we have most of the money.

Not at all, and I've done it before gladly though it's seldom necessary. I feel an incredible lightness now that my credibility is soaring in your eyes.
