I for one never considered for a minute that he was giving that impression; rather I'm getting the impression that he's constantly trying to change the subject to 9/11. Jonah Goldberg only recently finished third grade (it was a squeaker, and he couldn't grasp the notion of multiplication) so his credibility may not be the strongest.
