Check the results on Crooks & Liars.

I believe this result necessitates a run-off but the Repubs. took a thumping.

Wouldn't have if Arnold had been able to redraw the Congressional districts. :-(

They wouldn't have gone into effect yet. This November at the earliest, and probably not until at least 2008.
