Shhh, don't wake him up. Aaaaah, so cute. He was so excited about President Hu's visit that he fell right to sleep during the speach. Listen to him breath. We sure made a great impression on China, what with our heckler, our announcing the wrong national anthem, and our sleeping.

And who can forget the great moment in Cheney statesmanship, at the 2005 ceremony marking the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, when in keeping with the solemn nature of the event he wore a ski cap and a parka embroidered with his name ("Dick"?)
Yes, Dick!
