I'm talking House races here. 2 NJ Dems are running unopposed. Today I met the DNC liason for NJ. She was hired as a direct result of Deans 50 state plan. She is here for the entire campaign season.

Every House Republican has opposition. Match that RNC. Oh you can't, the filing date has passed. SO has the RNC given up on NJ? Does the RNC consider Garrett in the 5th just baggage? Or is Mike Ferguson in the 7th so much chopped meat.

Wheres your damn plan? And wheres your damn candidates.

Your plan is missing in action, and so are your candidates.

I think the two unopposed Dems you're referring to are Donald Payne and Rob Andrews. Payne's district, which includes at least part of Maplewood went 86 percent for Kerry in 2004. He's pretty much never challenged. (He does have a primary challenger, though.)

Andrews has raised $1.2 million this cycle and has more than $1.8 million in the bank, probably because he was hoping he would get appointed to the Senate seat Menendez now has, and NJ Senate races are pricy. Republicans were probably scared away by that much money.

So I'm pretty sure those two unopposed Dems aren't much to brag about. :P

Why did you enter Fojland. I was hoping to see another thread where she has a discussion with herself. You've ruined my fun!

"Do you think Menendez is in danger?" MichaelaM : In the current environment, no way.
Now, Bill Pascrell, on other hand should be wary. In 2 years he may have some well funded Dem opposition. Bill Pascrells voting record is too close to Joe Liebermans.

Sup LibraryLady.. say hi to your hubbie for me, tell him to watch out for that law suit thats coming, They now want to get out of that contract.

Ah gheese, you blew it, Southerner thought Southerner was getting beat up by a girl........

Kidding..........
