Is that a crime? If so, seems like half of TV should be locked up.... Toss him a cell with Bill O'Reilly and let them play Celebrity DeathMatch.

Dinner?

I'm sorry but wasn't he the big proponent of three strikes you're out. I hate F-in hypocrites. The drug addict needs to follow his own advise and go to jail.

Let me ask you, if these are the people who represent the Republican party what does it say about the party itself?

Do you really think that because republicans won the last election that their minions are not subject to normal rules of moral (and legal) behavior?

Republicans may be winning a few now, but read your history. Nobody -- nobody -- ever gets away with this kind of behavior forever.

Which is why after decades of decadence and immoral behavior the Dems were thrown to the street and have remained there. This we agree upon.

I heard oxycontin's withdrawal symptoms are very much like those of heroin. It's very hard to get off it.

I love it.

The ultimate hypocrite, hoist on the petard of his own hypocrisy.

The fat, arrogant blowhard who spends his days bloviating about things he knows nothing about, has been exposed - yet again - as a drug abuser. Serve him his own medicine. Lock him up.

Debby,
You are not confused. The libs are simply bored these days. They know Bush will be pulling home troops soon which will lead to increased polling numbers and will of course lead to a Republican victory. The libs just don't know how to play the political game so they are going after Rush. And the best part is they didn't get their perp walk. Rush played them beautifully.

Debby this is the result of the whole bruhaha from a few years ago. Not a new set of charges.

What makes Oxy so dangerous is chewing them. They are time released Opiates derived from Morphine and once you chew of that time release cover you get a blast of concentrated and pure oxycodone. Same stuff as in percocet accept without the tylenol.

It is very addictive and tolerance goes up tremendously fast. None of which excuses the hypocracy of the man.

Sounds a lot like MOL.

Thank goodness it's not expensive - or we'd get into serious trouble trying to support our habits.

Yeah, Alley, I always thought the same about Bubba Clinton myself.

And Reingold is right, it is heroin and it is a hard habit to break.
I wonder if some of you more "compassionate" posters would hold Rush to the same standards you hold the homeless junky on the street?

-SLK

BTW, Rehab is for pu**ies...

And oh,

BTW, Whether drug induced or not, Rush is not fat anymore and hasn't been for some time. Sopt regurgitating Franken...

Yup, a slim down, drug addicted hypocrite! Same guy who wanted all drug abusers locked-up. Yet, while on the air, he's under the influence. Only in America!

hoops- SLK posts something like that because it drives him crazy that he now has his very own bubba.

btw, slk and others, ever seen a fat strung out heroin addict? The guy needs major treatment, and he needs to retract his "addicts are scum" mantra and bring drug rehab to the fore if he's to hold on to any semblance of credibility. But he's a jerk deep down. Always was.

PBJ, or "parole before Judgement" is how I heard it described.

I guess that makes Rush a "winner"?

It is typical for first offenses. Can't be said he skated. The only thing he evaded is a public admission of his crime.
