He has filed a motion seeking to withdraw his guilty plea, saying he "now believes he can get a fair trial" and that he lied about hijacking a fifth plane on 9/11. He can't withdraw his plea after sentencing nor can he appeal his conviction. The only thing he can appeal at this stage is the sentence. Maybe he can get his six consecutive life terms reduced to five. What a maroon.
