The U.N. estimates that 100 Iraqis are killed each day in secular violence. Car bombs killing dozens are routine. People are rounded up and killed like livestock in broad daylight. Government officials are assisinated without consequence.

Can somebody please remind me what course are we "staying" anyway? Is anybody "standing up" in Iraq? Is the "Strategy for Victory" showing any progress? What the hell we are doing?

This isn't a rant against the Administration as much as a plea for help. Something drastically different needs to happen. I wish I knew what.

1-) Find the best, least homicidal strongman we can, let him establish a distatorship, re-unify and pacify the country.

That is so wrong. Step 2 is Declare Victory and the Step 3 is Get Out.
