The first time he was serious and engaging, speaking of his upcoming appearance at Liberty University. Jon Stewart questioned him about it, and he was giving reasonable answers. Last week, McCain was on the show again, but this time, he was a giggling baffoon, to the point of not making a single cohesive sentence. Did anyone see this?
