Maybe because we don't really care what some right-wing whack-job op-ed columnist from the Post thinks?
Maybe because the first point he tries to establish is that Abramoff was a crook therefore all his clients were crooks therefore anyone associated with those clients is also a crook. This in itself is totally non-logical, but then cons follow up with the truly ignorant corollary that personally accepting money from Abramoff was OK.
And maybe because it's boring. |

Did you, perchance, actually read the article you linked to? Or is the fact the Times wrote about him something that, for us liberals, serves enhances his credibility and trustworthiness? (hint: the Times wrote about Jeffrey Dahmer, too).
Because if you had, you might have seen this in the last paragraph: "Mr. Morrissey characterized himself as a libertarian conservative." |
