What an awful speech. He looked unsure and confused. Please give this man his walking papers!

Awfully GOOD.

To be a fly on the wall at Kerry's Nantucket beach house. He must be crapping his pants.

It's as good a speech I've ever seen Bush deliver. Kerry is done.

Personally, hate Bush. I dislike his politics, I dislike his championing a lack of intellectual curiosity, and I think he is a sincere, but distracted President.

That said, it was an amazing speech. By far the best I ever heard from him. In my mind, he's locked it up, barring some surprise in the next two months.

Sylad, I have always tried to be honest. {Editted after reading Sylad's post more closely

I will continue to be honest. I will not be voting for Bush, because a speech does not change prior actions, or future intent. I still do not like his politics, and I do not thnk he's doing a good job. That does not mean that I can't acknowledge a good job by someone I disagree with. It's something I've never seen from a kool-aid drinker on either side of the aisle.

I did not say you were not honest, I think I said that in my other post. I was saying that it is nice to hear your point of view on the what he President said.

I did not think you were a supporter of Bush and to say it was a good presentation was nice to hear.

I love that stage. That's Bush's idea of being amongst the people. 80' away on top of a pedastal and surrounded by men in black.

Tomorrow the Post will have a picture of him from the crowd so it will like he's standing amongst them, but 10' tall. The Times will give an aerial view to show you secrets of his magic revealed.

All I can say is, Karl Rove is a genius. An evil genius to be sure, but a genius none-the-less.
