John Kerry will work for all Americans, not just rich Americans. He embodies the values of fairness and opportunity. John Kerry will bring us together to move forward, not pull us apart for political gain. He embodies the values of community and patriotism. John Kerry believes in working with our allies around the world, not going it alone. He embodies the values of community and shared security. John Kerry has fought for truth telling. He won't lie to us. He embodies the values of honesty and openness. John Kerry will focus us on the real challenges that face us, instead of using fear to manipulate us. He embodies the values of courage and integrity. The way a candidate embodies these values makes up the candidate's character. And in the end, people don't vote their interests, they vote character. George Bush is a reckless and stubborn man, who has consistently misled the country. This is a character statement. George Bush doesn't have what it takes to be a successful President. John Kerry is fair, thoughtful, honest, smart and courageous. That's why he will be the next President of the United States.

I should probably avoid fueling the fire in this thread, but.....for quite a while I have been planning to mostly vote "anti-bush" and a little "pro-Kerry". After Thursday's debate, I can proudly say my vote is now confidently "FOR Kerry". Senator Kerry expressed confidence, intelligence, strength and a true Presidential image that the country can be proud of again. Well done! |

You are really reaching now dacar. Kerry won the debate. He expressed himself clearly and that has been a major knock on him. Kerry needed to make up some ground that he lost after the RNC, and he did that convincingly.

The concerns of all anti-Bush people with serious reservations about Kerry were put to rest last night. Kerry is a leader and a diplomat. Bush was like a paranoid king threatened with losing his crown. |

What must the king do now? must he submit? The king shall do it: must he be deposed? The king shall be contented: must he lose The name of king? o' God's name, let it go: I'll give my jewels for a set of beads, My gorgeous palace for a hermitage, Down, down I come; like glistering Phaethon,
