They haven't actually condemned it yet. They merely got it on the ballot, which only took 15 signatures being a tiny town.

I completely support taking Souter's house by the way. Its just not going to happen!

This is old news. It's been around since SCOTUS decided, in their infinite wisdom, against the residents of New London, CT.

It's a great idea, though. Not likely to happen, but funny.
