If you know a good writer or a young political activist (or both) who attends high school in Maplewood or South Orange, please let them know about this essay competition sponsored by the South Orange-Maplewood Committee to Stop the War (SOMA Stop the War).

The winner gets $100 and a chance to read the essay aloud at a public protest on March 19. The deadline is March 1.
