I just posted this as a warning for those who use Denco Gas Station. The last two times I have filled up here, I have been charged $10.00 over the price on the pump. The last time, the pump read $34.00, but the credit card charge was $44.00. The first time I gave the attendant the benefit of doubt, but the 2nd time seems very suspicious.
Each time I immediately pointed out the mistake and was re-charged the correct amount. However, the attendant never even looked at the pump when I pointed out the error and just said he was sorry that he made a mistake. You would think if I told him he overcharged me he would at least turn around and look at the pump to see if I was wrong. The attendant who is doing this has a long black beard and is generally wearing a red/maroon turban.
I have been going to Denco for over a year and this has never happened as far as I know. However just in case this is NOT an isolated incident, I am posting this as a warning and to see if this is something that has happened to others.
I have filled out a complaint at the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs, but as I said perhaps it was a mistake 2 times in a row. If this has happend to you fill out a complaint form at http://www.newjersey.gov/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm
If anyone else has suggestions on what should be done, please advise.

I know the same complaint was made about the Delta by the fire station. |

I have been filling up at Denco once a week for 3 years and I have never had any trouble. |

Darren, I charge about 90% of the time.
Yes it's true rib season is comming.
Soon as I can chip the ice off of the smoker. |
