...that if you joined this board in january 2003, that would mean that you have been here a little less than 39 months? did you also know that if you assume that each month has 30 days, (just to make the math easier), that it equals 1170 days? did you also know
that if you had managed to post 13195 times during that time period that you would have averaged over 11.2 posts per day, every day for 39 months. That is 11.2 posts EVERY DAY for over 3 years.
seems almost obsessive, doesnt it?
just thought you might find the math interesting.

Just because everyone jumped on your back (I've been there too) doesn't mean you need to make it personal. I also think it's a bit obsessive that you felt the need to post this.

watch, i will show you how its fun!

you joined 10/04 so that would be 18 months. that is 540 days.
you have 1439 posts. that averages out to 2.66 posts a day for 540 days.
a much more normal and mentally healthy average. i think we would all agree.

see? math is fun!

I doubt HIGHLY that my boss or TS would agree with your interpretation of your math in regards to the frequency of my posting.

11 posts a day for 3 years does seem a little heavy... who is it?

i will do me next! joy!

i joined 3/04 so that is 24 months. 24 times 30 days is 720 days.
i have 1736 posts so that averages out to 2.41 posts a day.
not so bad compared to somone who might average, let's just say, almost 5 times that amount.

YAY! math is fun!

lets do case next! we can all participate! yay!

you joined 2/05 so you have been here 14 months. times 30 makes that 420 days. you have 1300 posts for an average of 3.09 posts a day. alittle higher than me and alleygater but nowhere near the crazy number of 11.2

WHEEEE! math is festive!!

I may have a lot of posts, but in my own defense almost all of my posts are mature and articulate, usually trying to give someone advice in home repair or PC stuff.

I try not to post for the sake of posting, or post childish nonsense.

I'm 5/01 (but actually, I'm 11/00, but when Dave changed the site around years ago, many got set to the start date of 5/01.

Anyway, 11/00 to now is 64 months times 30 is 1920 days. I have something like 4500 posts (oy) so that's 2.3 posts per day. Oh, not so bad.

You know what's really stupid? Wasting money on licensed contractors... its SUCH a scam. Just find anyone with a van full of tools and let them wire the house and fix the plumbing... its all the same anyway.

I tried to buy an SUV last weekend, but I couldn't find one big enough. Luckily I was able to find a used Peterbilt tractor-trailer cab at a good price.

The gas mileage is a little low, but that's why we have a standing army!

she joined in 5/01. thats 58 months. thats 1740 days! wow!
she has 3164 posts, so that averages out to 1.8 posts a day!

Nope, not 05/01. I am much, much older than that. I too go back to 2000 at least, so my ppd is much ,much lower. Do Shabbat days count? They are, after all, a day of rest. (Of course, if you count all my other screen names and the totals from them, I might hit the magic 3.0

lets do matt foley (not upper west side matt foley, are you?)

anyhoo, matt joined on 6/04 which was 21 months ago. that would be 630 days. he has 591 posts for an average of .93 posts a day. that is a nice healthy number as opposed to someone with who had , lets say for conversations sake, more than 11 times the average!

I'll take Tom Reingold's "healthy number" over the OP's posts any day! At least I don't ever scroll past Tom's posts. And when Tom is mistaken, lo and behold, he admits it. What a refreshing thought!

Oh and if anyone does any math on my numbers, I'd consider it an invasion of privacy.

wow! why bring up tom reingold? that was out of left field! Tom, i am sure, is a fine fellow, but let's leave him out of this. only people who post in this thread get their numbers done.

let's do wendy's numbers while she is here. it cant be an invasion of privacy cause the numbers are right there under name for all to see.

she joined 5/01, so that is 58 months ago. that comes out to about 1740 days. she has 2157 posts and that works out to an average of 1.23 posts a day!

math can be fun for all of us!

All I know is that my average has gone up in the last few days and no one has commented.

I need more opinions, I guess. Either that or I can start posting in some of the other threads... but I can't cook, I don't have kids and I don't know a damned thing about politics.

Maybe we need a "Star Trek" thread... and a "Video Games of the 1980s" thread.... you know, important and topical.

It's the honesty factor. You'll never get it.

always with the personal attacks. shame on you. learn to release your anger and embrace the good in life. take a nice hot bath and think of things that bring you joy. flowers, sunshine, animals in the heat, a cool mountain stream.

maybe knowing that i have never worried about your opinion of me will help you to skip these moments and seek some peace. your position on animal cruelty disqualified you from my list of "people who's opinion matter to me" a long time ago.
get a "be about peace" t-shirt and walk around the neighborhood. it will bring joy to someones life.

go with peace, my little wendykins.
