I work at a retail store so i can understand that it is not the employees fault..that's not what I'm getting at.
I was at Wawa a couple of weeks ago using the PNC bank ATM so I didn't have to suffer the multiple dollar charge for the Commerce one on campus. While punching in the amount..the screen turns partially black and the machine freezes. I directed the people behind me in line to the other ATM and went to the counter.
"Ma'am the ATM back there has frozen while I was making my withdrawl."
"I'm sorry we have nothing to do with that."
Luckily it un-froze on its own a couple of seconds later...but was I really supposed to wait in Wawa until a bank rep or technician came to fix it and assure me people weren't going to be withdrawling from my account after I left?
I guess that makes sense...but boy is that annoying. |

Um. South Jersey...Rowan University.
Yeah no where near MAplewood/SO but I'm pretty sure the occurence would have been the same anywhere. |
