Well my trip in this a.m. went very smoothly. Few cars on the road. Probably because everyone took alternate routes.
Then...on the section to be repaired, there were exactly 2 contruction trucks and one pick-up. No workers. No work being done.
It looks like this entire project was planned by Donald Rumbfeld. |

Ahhh. 'place marking'! Probably made you slow a bit, try to work out what was happening....

Travelled through this section of 78 four times today. Traffic was fine.
Absolutely NO WORK at all being done. Did not see any workers, any activity, nothing. Drove through at 7:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 9:00 PM. |
