So I got the flier that this "construction" would be going on, whereby they'd be cleaning out or replacing water mains, and that we'd have these temporary pipes along the streets for awhile. but I have a few questions:
1) does anyone know how long this is going to go on? I could have sworn it said they would finish in Aug, but it sure does not look like it.
2) are they doing or do they intend to do this all over town or am I just lucky? (in parker/midland/elmwood area).
3) right now there is an orange tube/hose connected from the street to my house on the spigot on the front of the house. I just noticed it but its probably been there for awhile ...anyone know what this is?
4) Why are these pipes leaking all over the place constantly? (Is this really not a question, and more just a complaint?)
