What's weirder is cheek kissing at work. Or any kissing at work, for that matter. I used to work for a European company. When I would see colleagues based in Europe at a meeting, they always insisted on the 3 sided cheek kiss. I really liked these people, but they were still coworkers. | ||

If my boyfriend started kissing (even my very best) friends whenever he ran into them on the street, he'd be in Big Trouble. I don't know any woman who insists on -- or even encourages -- her beau/hubby to buss her pals if he's even a bit squeamish/shy/uninterested in doing so. Methinks that Strawberry protests too much, if ya get my drift. | ||

Straw, was she hot? Probably not, or you wouldn't be ranting. I worked in Argentina for a month and many of the men greet their male friends with a kiss on the cheek (and yes, they were straight). I was able to adjust to that greeting, but it definitely caught me offguard the first few times. | ||
