There's a rabid duck terrorizing the innocent people of South Orange. This feathered threat has been roaming free on Sloan Street for most of the day, yet South Orange's finest refuse to do anything about this. Think of the children! Are they going to just wait until the duck actually kills someone? Truth be told, I think the police are too afraid to approach this yellow billed menace. I remember seeing another thread that mentioned that Maplewood police had too much time on their hands. Maybe we could appeal to Maplewood to send a tactical unit over to help rid us of this menacing fowl, and to bring peace and safety back to South Orange streets. Is anyone with me on this?

What, all he was doing was handing out flyers for some insurance company. BTW, how long does duck stay good in the freezer? |

Even if he was just handing out flyers, did he have the proper permits? There are laws for a reason, you know. And if we let this duck just loiter in the center, handing out flyers, then other varmints will get involved too. What's next, a herd of sheep on Vose Avenue hawking Serta mattresses? Alligators on the Avenue giving away samples of Lubriderm lotion? What if the Exxon decides to post a tiger out front as part of their "tiger in your tank" ad campaign? Sure, it just starts with a duck, but mark my words, this will lead to animal chaos down the road. |

OK, Now I want to eat roast duck today. Maybe Vietnamese style, wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves with a dab of sweet soy paste, a bit of rice, scallions, shredded cucumber and hot peppers. |

Glock, honey, this thread is a joke. I know ducks can't get rabies. Did you also think I was serious when I said the PD was afraid of said duck? |
