Lydia, on one level alot of men do rate women on a "doable level." it doesn't mean anything except this: either a woman is doable or not. either way it doesn't mean much.
this post isn't about politically strong women, it is about whose political side has the hottest doable chicks. a little juvenile behavior, but so what? it is no difference than a bunch of guys shooting the sh*t in a bar. they talk about all sorts of silly things, including doable/non-doable dames.
if the guys in your life aren't even remotely like this then they are lying, gay or think your doable but don't want you to think he is a pig.
if you can't deal with insulting, juvenile behavior then don't engage, simple as that.e
ask your girlfriends if men are rated the same. Over the years, I heard multiple females say they know in the first five seconds upon meeting a man whether she would sleep with him or not. Isn't this the same thing?

sometimes it's easier for people to believe others are reacting negatively toward them because of their politics, or some other superficial characteristic than it is to believe that other people are reacting negatively to them being a jerk.
Ann Coulter for example is just obnoxious, her politics notwithstanding. but people like her will whine that it's the "libs" being intolerant of her POV.

I should probably stop on a few other threads as well, because I'm seeing that any time someone makes a legitimate point, they're met with a wall of outdated cartoons, fingerpointing at the previous administration, and meaningless namecalling, all wrapped up in a package of interminable smugness. You are correct, I did shoot from the hip on my last post. Thanks for calling me out on it.
I just don't appreciate you automatically assuming I am going to "bail" Anne for her "lies" just because I think she more doable then Ma Sheehan or agree with her politcally more than the latter.
That my friend is prejudging. Allow me to at least watch the video first anf then I will give you my input.
One last point, in all fairness we "fingerpoint to previous administrations" to remind you folks that the road leading up to 9/11 does not begin and end with Bush.
