25) Sportsnut: Would rate higher if he laid off the CPA crap. 24)Jamie Ross: would rate higher if he posted more cause he's a genius. 23) Joan: would rate higher if she got mad once in a while. 22) Wharfrat: Love this guy cause he's a Lancer. 21) Reingold: Would rate higher if he posted less. 20) LUV2 CRUISE: Stomach churner but always worth the read. 19) M/L Would rate higher but took much of year off. Also rates because he looks like the guitar player from Cheap Trick. 18) NRL: Pretty much has nothing intelligent to say but is a Republican so makes the list. 17) Lumpyhead: rates much higher in person. 16) Tjohn: Losing his muster. Comeback candidate for 2004. 15) Algebra: Big fan of the big Straw.. 14) BobK: The class of MOL. 13) Dave Ross: Would rate higher if he suspended me less. 12) Tom: A good guy but stuck in the 60's. 11) Mem: would be pissed to make top 10. 10) Insite: Insanity is appreciated. 9) Art: An American classic. 8) Duncan Rogers: A bit of a goodie two shoes but back in the 90's....look out! 7) Cliff harris and ????? If MOLers listened and took notes rather then argued, they'd learn something from Cliff and co.. 6) Hello: Sick bastard makes top 10 5) Nohero: Drops from number 3 rank last year. 4) CFA: Ya gotta love the flag. 3) Sebonis: King of the mountain to the end. 2) ED MAY...NUFF SAID. 1) Strawberry..obviously. The end. You forgot Harpo. How could you forget the Queen of the Deer Preservation Society? And how the hell am I lower than Ed May? ---> Brought to you by Sbenois Engineering LLC <- Hey, it also wouldn’t look good coming out of a motel with your wife’s best friend saying you were just planning a surprise birthday party for her husband...- Arturo November '03

All my children, grandchildren, my wife, the x-wife’s, in-laws, out-laws, friends, employee's, neighbor’s, politicians, enemies, and even strangers have always told me I’m a classic, so maybe it’s true? The problem is no one before now ever identified what kind of classic I am, so at last I know... Thank you Strawberry, and best wishes to you and yours for a successful, healthful, fruitful, and a very Happy New Year. Art, “The American Classic”

oh two more things. I almost forgot..This year's Crazy Guggenheim/Rookie of the year award goes to Kenney. This year's llama award goes to Chris Dickson. Straw, Your list is a great disappointment. No mention of Harpo, Nan, J.Crohn and JFBurch, the four posters mostly like to crash Dave's server if they started arguing four different positions. Not only would the data volume be overwhelming, they would start to loop as none of the four has been known to relinquish the last word in an argument. |

Assuming that being rated highly on Straw's List is a good thing, I humbly accept the position of #2. Reading down from #25 I was wondering if I would even make the list. Frankly I am not sure that I should be ranked so highly, especially since I have not posted much these last two months. Maybe that IS why I got such a high ranking! In any case, Sbenois, Art, Dave, Jamie, and others both on and off the list probably should rank above me. Especially Sbenois in all of his aliases. And maybe even Marilyn if the list was based on wit and intelligence .... Ed May |

Tjohn should in the top 5. He needs a strong comeback, but he's always in there. |

Ed, You get top billing because you did a hell of a job during the last campaign and I have a great deal of respect for you as a result. You're also a great poster and I do believe having you in office and sharing your thoughts on line would have been a pleasant experience for all who enjoy MOL. Best of luck to Ed May who I believe deserves to be recognized as "Citizen of the year." Thanks again, Ed. Happy new year! "and I'm p*ssed that I'm on the list, just so some p*ssant can say that he gave me a lower score than the last time (whenever that was)" The above post was the last of many unpunished personal attacks committed by Nohero.

I think Nohero should be banned from top 25 lists because his posts are insensitive. |
