I am not sure if I read your post correctly, but I think I tried that once and became very frustrated.

My goal is to finally get Nohero the psychiatric help he needs.
"and I'm p*ssed that I'm on the list, just so some p*ssant can say that he gave me a lower score than the last time (whenever that was)"

The above post was the last of many unpunished personal attacks committed by Nohero.

Can you really be banned for calling someone insignificant? This place is filled with insignificant people. Come to think of it, the world is.

Will the thing is this Nohero.

For some reason you take offense with being number 5 on the MOL top 25. I mean seriously man, are you insane??I'm sorry if I consider Sebonis and Ed May a tad more interesting than yourself.

Instead of being graceful, you chose a different route and all I have to say is I'm disappointed with you as a result.

My suggestion to you once again is to address the inner hatred you hold against those who may not be exactly like you. In a Democracy we want diversity. I hope you one day come to realize this.

HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR NOHERO, MAY 2004 BRING YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT (except a new president)

I'm gonna study hard, and take good notes...
And lose the spare tire...
And finish my novel...
And get one of those Micro-Rasp thingies...
And try to be nicer to DWM, MHD, Bets, and any other MOLer's who usually make me friggin NUTS...
And save that Harry&David Fruitcake sitting in the pantry till next Christmas, when I shall send it BACK to The Oracle...
But mainly I resolve to stop ending every post with that stupid "BTW:"

BTW: Starting tomorrow...

1. What Kenney just said.
2. Not read any thread on which Strawberry has posted. Wait.. sorry. That was the 2003 resolution.
3. Do much better with #2 (I'm currently 75% there).

But seriously folks, my New Year's Resolution is to really follow through on my New Year's resolution...really...

Ed,
You were exceptionally kind throughout the campaign, specially with Sbenois' sharp criticisms; and when you lost, you were real, upset and ill humored. I didn't have a problem with you being disappointed and feeling hurt; I don't perceive it as being something that needs to be corrected. That was your first campaign, it hurts to loose, and you probably should not make your hurt public, but rather wait for the sting to go away and wait for the appropriate venue to show your insights. Whenever Jerry & Vic try to address the issues that created their loss, it is perceived as sour grapes, no matter how valid their comments. The opposing camp says: "the campaign is over" and that of course is true.

Pack your own chute.

Let it be resolved that MOL Liberals free themselves of their intense hatred of Bush. Or at least let it explode into an irrational, ranting paranoia and descend further into a downward spiral of self-destructive political irrelevance…

Oh, they already have…

Nope, just shows the diversity of opinion here on S/MOL. The New Year would be boring without!
Happy New Year to you too, Don. (see, there are things Liberals and COnservatives can agree upon)
