Maplewood resident Joe Traina, noted for his virtuoso clarinet and sax playing, has just re-issued his second CD "Only In New York".

The record is available from Traina himself for the low price of $16.95 including regular mail postage.

Traina has performed throughout the Tri-State area as well as at local venues "Here's 2 The Arts" and Cent'Anni restaurant.

For more information on how to order this fine collection of vocal and instrumental jazz standards, go to www.joetrainamusic.com.

Thanks.

Reedmano

it is always weird, for me anyway, to read a post written in the third person.

Joe, it's about time you made your first post! Welcome to the friendly, up-beat, Jazzy world of Maplewood on line...

Congratulations and best of luck on your new CD. I love the name of it, "Only in New York". Maybe someday you can make one called, "The Woody from Maplewoody"...

Libby and I think your music is right up there with the best of them. I don't know if she ever mentioned that her dad was also a virtuoso clarinet player and for many years was the band master aboard the Empress of Canada.

Please do us a favor and let us know where your next gig is, and drop off one of your CD's at the Chelsea Set the next time you're at the train station. Thank you... Art

Art--

Thanks for the kind words.

Sorry to use the third person, folks.

This is all new to me and I didn't realize at first that my name would be my username.

No matter. I'll keep you posted of my music activities.

Best,

Joe

Yea, I know what you mean Joe. I've been doing this posting stuff now for a few years and I'm just starting to get the hang of it myself...
