Little Charlie & the Nightcats take their fun very seriously. Their powerful mix of searing blues styles and offbeat humor is driven home by Little Charlie Baty’s slashing yet melodic guitar, Rick Estrin’s winning original songs, wiseguy vocals and diabolical harmonica wizardry, and their rock solid rhythm section.

NORA JEAN BRUSO
Born in the Mississippi Delta area, the land that produced Son House, Willie Brown, and Robert Johnson, Nora Jean Bruso grew up in a family that embraced church music, but at the same time ran a juke join where legends like her hero Howlin’ Wolf appeared. She later moved to Chicago, following in the footsteps of so many others who gave the world the blues, where she quickly came to the attention of established artists such as Koko Taylor, Jimmy Dawkins, Eddie Shaw and Willie Kent.
