Has anyone seen this movie? We rented it a couple of weekends ago and I really liked it. I thought it handled the subject of emerging teen relationships (with one another and with their parents) really well and really amusingly. My nine year old wasnt so interested, my 11 year old seemed to like it...I wouldnt mind having them see it again in a year or two. If you saw it, did your kids see it, and what did you all think?

I saw it on a plane, thought it was adorable. It definitely touched on an young teen's first love, the feelings that happen. I personally liked A Little Romance better; I am always one for the original.

It was better than we thought it would be--watch the wedding scene toward the end, don't blink, you might miss a certain local trombonist (in the background, of course!)

I blinked! I'll have to rent it again. What did your kids think of it?

Thought it was charming and also realistic re the pains and self-doubts that accompany first loves...
