You can STILL enjoy a great musical performance despite the threatening weather! Tonight’s first performance for Concerts in the Park from The Baird will be held indoors at the South Orange Middle School, North Ridgewood Road. Performance begins at 7:30, admission is free and the atmosphere is relaxed. Marta Topferova, a former native of the Czech Republic sings Latin American music like a native. With sultry, jazz vocals, in Spanish with a cuartro guitar, she adds a new dimension to Latin song that can best described as Latino, urban folk. Topferova has been performing her original songs throughout major cities throughout the US and internationally. She has performed with a variety of artists that include Lucia Pulido and Fiesta De Tambores. For more information call (973) 378-7754.
