Highly recommend this place as a diner alternative. They just remodeled and have a new wood-paneled dining room with table service. Very kid-friendly, great food, great prices. Best hot dogs in the area, IMHO.

I agree, its a real family place. I went there for an italian hot dog one day; the dad cooked it, the son wrapped it and mom took my money. Its a fine establishment and I wish them much success.

Glad to hear about this...I've driven past it hundreds of times but never went in. After all, how good could it be? I'll give it a try one day based on all your reviews!

BTW, I have seen people sitting down and eating full blown dinners there. Meatloaf, Chicken etc.. Its not just a hotdog place. As a matter of fact, I thought he would have changed the name with the renovation.

The Texas Weiner South Orange Ave. surprisingly offers the most consistently good food and service and South Orange. It's not haute cuisine, but my wife and I have never been disappointed at the TW!

A Manny's Sausage, egg & cheese roll is quite the way to start the day. I'm always amazed by the mix of people in there and the friendly atmosphere.

I had the most disgusting meal of my life at Manny's. I can hardly even drive by the place without feeling nauseous.
