Looking for suggestions of moderate (under $18) priced restaurants in NYC (preferably between 35th-70th streets, east or west side OK) that serve Sunday brunch or start lunch at 11am.

Redeye Grill, midtown. 7th between 56th and 57th.

love that place, always good food and service. went there for Father's Day brunch, same time as you mention. GREAT!

whoops - not sure if it's under $18, is that with or without drinks? as I recall brunch entrees were $12 to $15 - quite reasonable. they may have an online-accessible menu.

Flavorful”, “healthy” Eclectic cuisine with plenty of “vegetarian options” is why this “cramped” Upper West Side venue and its “more comfy”, “modern” Murray Hill sibling are “always packed” “with the girls” animatedly dissecting the latest Sex and the City episode.

West 60s
1900 Broadway (bet. 63rd & 64th Sts.) New York, NY, 10023 (212) 799-1000
A “solid” bet before a Lincoln Center event thanks to its “delish” fish and veggie-friendly choices, this “upscale” Westside Eclectic-American also offers “affable”, “fast” service; it’s most “enjoyable” at lunch or “after 8 PM” when you can actually “have a conversation
