I am hoping to find some like minded musicians for a casual and fun basement jam session. I tend towards the prog rock, but blues and indie rock works for me as well. I am up for anything, I just want to play.
Let me know.

Casey, we have two guitarists and the best keyboardist in the world playing "classic" rock and some new stuff. If you want to get together from mid January onwards, then post here. Important drummer question(s): Do you prefer: (a) Going to a rehearsal studio so you don't have to lug your kit; (b)Love lugging your set; or (c) Insist on using your set in your house? If you prefer (a), then we got the place for you!

Veritas Ultimo,
Do you have a name for the rehearsal studio you have played at? I can only find one in Fairfield and New Brunswick. The one in Union is closed and I am trying to avoid NYC. Thanks.

Eathquake Studios owned by drummer Tom Dowd on Bonnie Burn Road just before it intersects with Route 22 West (908) 322-8559. It is near the border of a couple of towns but I think it is actually in Scotch Plains. Driving time is about 20 minutes from Maplewood-South Orange via Rt. 78.

Thanks V.U.
I'll check them out. If you ever need here is a directory of recording studios in NJ.

I don't know how many of there are rehearsal spaces as well.

Later On,
