Guitar player looking for a bunch of [non-specific somewhat politically incorrect gender specification] people to start a basement band thing. Used to gig a lot in the '80's, and getting uncorroded as we speak. Have songs, looking for songs, play some cool covers, maybe play out every now and again, but mostly have fun and play music. Let me know if you are interested.

Alexmania

Percussion (and lots of it), horns, odd instruments, strong back beat (OK, strong front beat too), a plus!}

Wow, what a coincidence. I used to play drums in the 80s for a guy named Alexmania. Small world.

Hey, I remember you! Didn't you move to the Midwest and start some kind of psychedelic, post apocalyptic, twang-a-thon?

It will only be post-apocalyptic if Bush keeps going the way he's going, but that's a topic for the Politics section.

But psychedelic twang? I like the idea!

BTW if you ever told a Texan that he lives in "the Midwest," he'd probably show you a new way to hold your guitar.

Alex-

I am a drummer looking to make some suburban noise as well. I just emailed Brianstroh in response to my posting. I have a set in my basement but like the rehearsal studio thing much better. I can be reached at donmarconi@gmail.com
