Does anyone know of an electrician that deals with this kind of system? It's manufactured by a company called Touch Plate. Thanks for any help you can give

I happen to work on them. What is the problem you are having?

Some of the lights are frozen on and at times the whole system freezes. We can't figure out what triggers that.

The unit has an inductive controller. This is the unit that senses your touch.

It is sounds like it is and has failed. When they do humidity changes can cause them to trip.

If you are a DIY person, contact the Mfg. and order that part and install it.

These units are not standard items so you need to know and contact the specific Mfg.

Later,
George

Thanks George for the info, but my husband and I are definately not DIYers. Is there any way we could get you to look at it?
