We've got an in-wall steam-heat radiator that absolutely refuses to stay white (paint color that is). Every time we paint it, with every variety of rustoleum-type white paint (spray or otherwise) it quickly returns to the (not so) lovely yellow color in which we found it. Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem? Thank you all in advance for any assistance you can provide.
