Ok stupid question, but I am in the process of getting some blownin insulation. I would also like to get some new siding. However, I also know that I have some wet wood underneath. Don't know how much, and almost afraid to find out. Since I do not know the full procedure for the blownin insulation, is it better to replace the rotten wood and then do insulation?
