my last contractor got sloppy with his grout on the floortile/backsplash in our kitchen and it is now hard as a rock. Does anyone know how I can clean this stuff up? |

Yeah.
Call the contractor. At least ask him how to clean it, if not TO clean it. "Got sloppy" is the key phrase. The job's not done till you've cleaned up.
