Just moved to Maplewood and I have a good amount of stuff to remove from my yard. I'd rather not get a dumpster if I can find an inexpensive person to remove some railroad ties, wood pile, etc. Anyone have suggestions?

Wood pile can be removed by placing in your fireplace and burning... :-)

If not...you may be able to sell that wood, its hard to come by this time of year (assuming its firewood).

Eudidious, I'm calling a gentleman I met last summer. Didn't use him then, but boy do we need him now. Gave me a great estimate on basement and garage. Call Fred Hodges @ 908-688-2911 (h) or 908-907-3379 (c). Good luck!

Euclidious -

As a fellow Euclidean, I must recommend the unofficial junk hauler for Euclid -

Champion Waste Removal, Inc. - ask for Louis, ph # is: 973-744-6766

Louis is the owner, and oversees every job. He will come and give you a free estimate, so check out the other rec. too.

Louis and his crew have received rave reviews from at least 6 families on Euclid - word of mouth is the best recommendation going.

Good luck!

Fred Hodges is the man for the job....just don't call him this week, he's scheduled to do yet another pick up at my house, and I don't want him to be distracted :-)
