How do i install a Gille in my basement? Do have to dril into the wall to insert the Grille or use one of 5 windows in the basement? what are the best options?

In the wall around your furnace rm.,frame 2 12"x12"openings.One up near the ceiling,one down near the floor.Cover these openings with a 12"x12" louvered type of return cover.This will allow makeup air into the furnace rm.to replace the air used in the creation of your heat.They might let you use louvered doors instead but you would have to check and FYIW I find them to be flimsy.
