My husband and I are about to move into our new home in Maplewood and would like to have the living room, dining room, and master bedroom painted. Could anyome recommend a painter for us? Thanks. |

In addition to the individuals mentioned, there are two larger local painting contractors that are quite popular here in town for interiors - World of Color and New Colors. I don't have either number handy, but they are both in the book and in the archives here on MOL. They both have a ton of crews, which might be an advantage if time is an issue. We have used World of Color based on a number of positive recommendations. We were happy overall, although they did have to come back (which they did without questioning) a couple of times to correct mistakes. It all depends on the skill and experience of your crew. |

I don't think World of Colors does a very meticuous job. They're ok for the exterior, but I'd not hire them for an interior paint job.
