THAT IS ALL. The sink and cabinets are the old formica jobs that wee popular in the 70's. I have put a few calls into come contractors, but as posted before NONE HAVE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. So, considering the minor( I think) job, I thought I would post it here and see what happens. You do have to have a DIY spirit though- you won't have a GC, so you might have to demo the old stuff yourself. My sympathies, we just finished a year-long "small kitchen job" and had to end up doing much of it ourselves.
