Their number is disconnected. I've got a bunch of their windows and I've been very happy. I need more and I've got one "low E failure" that needs replacing. John is local. John, where are you? If I can't get in touch with the company anymore, what do I do about my window that needs replacing? It is under warranty, but I don't know the factory and if the company is out of business, I don't know what to do. |

Ginny,
My husband and I spent several years having bad True Thermal Windows replaced. Utimately, they gave us all our money back. Unfortunately, I don't have the reams of paperwork that this involved. Try to Google True Thermal and get the actual manufacturer.

The company is Royal Prime out of Elizabeth NJ. Ginny, if you send me your number I'll try to pass it to John. I have to call him myself. |
