Their number is disconnected. I've got a bunch of their windows and I've been very happy. I need more and I've got one "low E failure" that needs replacing. John is local. John, where are you? If I can't get in touch with the company anymore, what do I do about my window that needs replacing? It is under warranty, but I don't know the factory and if the company is out of business, I don't know what to do. |

That's too bad. Do you have any idea what I do about my window that needs replacement? Thanks for the info. |

Ginny, My husband and I spent several years having bad True Thermal Windows replaced. Utimately, they gave us all our money back. Unfortunately, I don't have the reams of paperwork that this involved. Try to Google True Thermal and get the actual manufacturer. Good Luck. Sherri |

The company is Royal Prime out of Elizabeth NJ. Ginny, if you send me your number I'll try to pass it to John. I have to call him myself. |
