I think I've seen this discussed before, but couldn't seem to locate anything in the archives. We're going to be renovating an existing sun porch, primarily installing new windows, tiling the floor and reconfiguring the electrical. It seems we need plans drawn up in order to get the required permits. Can anyone recommend someone not as expensive as an architect who can do these for us? Thanks. |

Janet, I don't think you need a permit for anything other than the electrical work. The electrician should handle the permit for that. |
